Our Return Policies:
Cancellation Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order any time before it ships, free of charge, with some exceptions such as custom orders. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to receive a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Custom Orders Cancellation:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as they are specifically produced for your order. If it’s unclear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please message or call us.
Refunds and Returns:
You may exchange your product, but you are responsible for any shipping costs. Outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product, we may assist with covering some costs, depending on the product. Refunds for returns will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Times:
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Please note that order delays may occur, which are beyond our control.
Exchange Agreement:
By making a purchase, you agree to:
• Inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
• Cover return shipping costs and the cost of shipping for a new product in case of a refund or exchange.
• Return products unopened and unused, with the possibility of an additional restocking fee.
• Understand that a full refund is not possible once an order has left the warehouse.
• Be responsible for paying return shipping fees and restocking fees if the order has already shipped.
Damages:
It’s essential to inspect your item(s) carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. In case your item(s) arrive damaged, kindly send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@tableups.com. We’ll handle the insurance claim process on your behalf. Please note that photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or else the claim won’t be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage should be reported within 24 hours as well.
Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products with our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty ensures that you’ll receive a fully functional item free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Product warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear. If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty during this time, simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please be aware that if an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it won’t be considered a warranty claim.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and fees caused by customer error. Rest assured, all our products come with a 1-year manufactures warranty, ensuring that you’ll receive a fully functional, operating product without any additional expenses on your end.
Chargebacks:
Our team is dedicated to assisting you and resolving any issues that may arise. We believe in maintaining fair policies and providing top-notch customer service. However, please note that any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable. If you encounter any problems with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll work together to find the best resolution. We kindly ask that you refrain from filing chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.
