Shipping Policy

Shipping Options:
Our curbside delivery shipping is completely free for oversized items. Small parcel items get delivered to your front door. This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your home, once your order has been placed and shipped, we will schedule a delivery time assuring you are home (oversized items require a signature). Additional options are available for some products. Please reach out to us for further details about these before placing your order.
    • Threshold Shipping: This entails the item being delivered to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.
    • White Glove Delivery: This entails bringing the item into your chosen room and removing all packaging materials.
    • White Glove Premium: This includes White Glove Delivery, plus any assembly you may require on items you purchased from TableUps, (Contact us for a quote).

      Delivery Timeframes:

      All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
      Generally, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

        Shipping Notifications:

        Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive timely updates regarding the status of your shipment, including tracking information and estimated delivery date.
        You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number through our carrier's website. We partner with reputable shipping providers like UPS and FedEx to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchases.

            Special Handling Requests:

            For customers with special handling requests or unique shipping requirements, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
            We strive to accommodate special requests whenever possible to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience for our customers.

              Shipping Restrictions:

              We currently only ship within the United States and do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

                Shipping Damage:

                If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to report the issue.
                We will arrange for a replacement or refund of the item.
